Lumen in Motion.

A moving image piece of the Lumen project was shown at Creator College in Hull City Centre in 2016 as part of their arts festival, and as a culmination of my artist residency in their studio. Click the picture above to be taken to the video piece – it is best viewed full screen and it lasts almost eight minutes, roughly the same amount of time that it takes a photon to travel to earth from the sun.

The room was cast into total darkness, the only light coming from a projection of the video piece onto three screens that the audience could walk around and interact with, becoming part of the experience and work themselves.
